* getMetaData now supports retreiving [internal] payload without payment id for RCO.
* setMetaData now supports duplicate prevention with ability to ignore duplicates and send anyway.
* Made bitwise settings a bit more secure (if a bit value is set during paymentStatus, the 128-not-set should not be present in status).
* byCallbackEvent bitwise checks changed to a more proper handling.
* urlencode-types are documented as "last resport redirecting" as the encoding used are very extreme (and normally not following a proper standard).
