Updates

Added "deprecated" to composer.json, so that we can get rid of the old classes.
OrderStatusCode is placed wrong.
PHP checks suggested soapOptions to be public.
Removed encoding functions on back/success/fail-urls as we never needed them.
Started transforming RESURS_PAYMENT_STATUS_RETURNCODES into PaymentStatus.
ResursTypeClasses.php is (should not) no longer needed.
