Initial commit that should allow more freedom in special keying (to help up with WOO-413 and others that needs it).
What did happen, is mentioned below.

* Add: getPaymentSpecKeyScheme() make keys available for others.
* Change: sanitizePaymentSpec() uses getPaymentSpecKeyScheme() to get what it needs.
* Change: Variable names.
