Phase 1 completed:

* init.php: Clean up, added method names, etc.
* init.php: Added todo for payment fees linked to 817.
* init.php: Added todo note for textdomain.
* Fixed Data-stuff like bad line breaks and adjusts.
* Removed getExpectations as we no longer expect anything to be present from ecom1.
* Updated store_id-config to display all available stores in config. If only one, the store will be saved instantly to save merchants pain with long uuids.
