* Added global helpers for other plugins to use, when they are active.
  NOTE: We need to make sure they do not crash others when the module is disabled.

* WC Tested up to: 6.9.1
* Fixed issues with timeout logging that not always reaches customer screens.
* Fixed redirectString so that it will handle success/failures properly and logs them w/o errors.
* Corrected Image filenames and urls through filters.
* Updated prefetchers to not destroy a payment session when extended getPayment-requests are executed.
* Updated the information blocks so billing address can be missing without crashing the platform.
