Readme adaptions.
Plugin header added in init.php.
Helper constants added.
Updated requirements.
Using namespaces for ResursBank as long as possible (PSR-4).
Static list of loadable scripts, dependencies and localizable content.
Updated docblocks with versions/sinces so they can be historically tracable.
Current version will be fetched from the init-top, instead of manually retreiving that number.
Current version from composer COULD be fetched.
Added initializer scripts/css.
