Close #79.

Restructured callback tester. Updated so we after the cancelled timer is requesting callback-received-info one last time.
Readded out config settings section (bug is located in woo 6.2.0 - and reported - that destroys the admin layout).
Payment methods- and callback sections do now contain "last info".
Now also registering when callback tests are started.
