WOO-1023 * Reinstated the first init of ecom since it is required. * Changed the way we check for credentials since some of the initializations should not be done without configuration. * Protected init of customerType with credential checks, since we don't want to fire those scripts until we have configuration for it. * Fixed an enum problem with customerType.
