Bundled patch

* getPaymentMethodsicon is now based on ecom2-data (WOO-778).
* defaultStore is now empty (WOO-775)
* getMethodIconByContent now handles payment method icons based on MAPI (WOO-778).
* getMethodsByType are now handling customer type ecom2/MAPI way (WOO-777).
* getPaymentMethods are now only fetching methods if a store id has been chosen (WOO-779).
* Removed all mocking features for getPaymentMethods.
