  RWC-64 Updates:
  Added class for RCO, written routines for generating v2 (facelift) iframe. Fixed initial terms removal. Fixed initial submit button removal. Iframe container is always empty in facelift state. processRco does not look the same compared to hosted and simplified. Classes for ResursDefault are loading differently when RCO is running. Added checkout_create_order to allowed api calls. Added support in Data:: to get checkout type. Added config support for rco_iframe_position. checkoutCreateOrder api initialized.
  RWC-148: Card number is no longer mandatory.
