Merge in WWW/tornevalls-resurs-bank-payment-gateway-for-woocommerce from RWC-300 to master

  Further stabilization. digestCode in callback responses are not included in the default reply, so it was removed. Order meta is only set if $order is an instance of WC_Order, so it won't fail badly. Badly instatiated $order's are now exceptionized and logged.
  Extra inline docs added for RWC-300 which we are now cancelling, since this will still work. Also added logging. Fixed a bunch of other errors.
